Q: What happens if I end up spending more than I requested?

 

A: When you submit for reimbursement, include an explanation on your expense tracking sheet as to why you spent more than you expected. In most cases, you will still be reimbursed, but not for more than your reimbursement limit. 

 

 

Q: How do I get the reimbursement money?

 

A: The reimbursement comes through direct deposit to your Axess account. If you do not have direct deposit set up, the funds will be reimbursed by a check. Please allow 4 weeks for the funds to come through after completing the process.
